Alice’s Smoked Trout Pate

Ingredients

  • 300g Smoked Trout
  • 250g Low Fat Cream Cheese
  • 3 pinches of Garlic Salt
  • 3 pinches of White Pepper
  • A dollop or 2 of cream depending on what texture you like.

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in either your Thermomix or your food processor.
  2. If using your Thermomix speed 5 for a couple of seconds then add cream and speed 4 for a couple of seconds.
  3. If you are using your food processor just give it a blast until combined!
  4. Serve with lightly toasted white bread.
