Ingredients
- 300g Smoked Trout
- 250g Low Fat Cream Cheese
- 3 pinches of Garlic Salt
- 3 pinches of White Pepper
- A dollop or 2 of cream depending on what texture you like.
Method
- Put all ingredients in either your Thermomix or your food processor.
- If using your Thermomix speed 5 for a couple of seconds then add cream and speed 4 for a couple of seconds.
- If you are using your food processor just give it a blast until combined!
- Serve with lightly toasted white bread.
