- 500g frozen spinach – thawed, chopped and squeeze out all liquid.
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 2 eggs
- lemon zest
- garlic
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- pinch nutmeg
- salt + pepper
