INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups of raspberries
- 3 cups sugar
- juice of one lemon
METHOD
- Put raspberries in saucepan and cook gently for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar and stir well to dissolve, add lemon juice.
- Put in the sugar thermometer and boil until it reaches 100 degrees Celsius, stirring occasionally.
- Put into sterilized jars and keep it in the fridge.
