Raspberry Jam

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups of raspberries
  • 3 cups sugar
  • juice of one lemon

METHOD

  1. Put raspberries in saucepan and cook gently for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add sugar and stir well to dissolve, add lemon juice.
  3. Put in the sugar thermometer and boil until it reaches 100 degrees Celsius, stirring occasionally.
  4. Put into sterilized jars and keep it in the fridge.
