INGREDIENTS
- 3 quinces
- 300g sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 Ltr jar vodka
- 4 cloves
METHOD
- Peel and core 3 quinces and chop into 5cm chunks.
- Place in a 2 litre jar with sugar, cinnamon & cloves.
Top up with vodka, replace lid and rotate a few times to mix things up. - Set aside for 3 weeks, turning occasionally
- Then strain & pour into sterilized bottles.
- Serve diluted with white wine.
