Quince Liqueur

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 quinces
  • 300g sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 Ltr jar vodka
  • 4 cloves

METHOD

  1. Peel and core 3 quinces and chop into 5cm chunks.
  2. Place in a 2 litre jar with sugar, cinnamon & cloves.
    Top up with vodka, replace lid and rotate a few times to mix things up.
  3. Set aside for 3 weeks, turning occasionally
  4. Then strain & pour into sterilized bottles.
  5. Serve diluted with white wine.
