Harry’s Chicken Maranade

  • 120grams of Soft Butter

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic

  • Juice of 1 Lemon

  • Tablespoon of chopped Thyme

  • 1 Tablespoon of Freshly Chopped Tarragon

  • 1 Chilli Chopped

Combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper and rub all over the chicken skin. ​
