Clean Jam Jar

70ml Olive Oil

35ml White

Clean Jm Bar

35mL White Wine Vinegar

Pepper and a pinch of salt

2 Cloves of garlic Chopped

1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Shake all together in the clean jar to blend.. If it is too oily add more vinegar, if to vinegary add more oil.
