INGREDIENTS

1/2 punnet of cherry tomatoes

2 dollops of butter

Salt
-
Pepper
-
Dried Chilli flakes – optional

Sourdough Toast
-
Fresh basil – optional

1 teaspoon thyme
Method
- Heat the butter in a frying pan – not a huge one.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and add to the pan once the butter is bubbling.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add chilli and basil now if you are going to use it.
- Cook until the tomatoes are cooked to your liking.
- Serve on sourdough or as an accompaniment to eggs or a big brekky!
