INGREDIENTS
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Red Onion (large)
- 2x Tins of Canellini Beans
- 2x Tin Cherry Tomatoes
- 1x Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
- 1x Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
- Worcester Sauce
- 1x bunch of basil leaves
- Parmesan Cheese grated
- Chorizo sausages added in slices (Georgie’s added and tastes delicious!)
Add Ons that are optional to this dish
- Chili Flakes
- Poached Egg
- Sourdough Bread
- Bacon
METHOD
1.Sautee garlic and onion – slice finely
2.Add paprika to the garlic and onion and mix together.
add everything else- with the Worcester Sauce add two slurps to the dish.
3.Bring to the boil then simmer for about 40 minutes to an hour.
4.STIR every 10 minutes so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
5.Serve on sourdough with your Parmesan, bacon and a poached egg.
