Marinated Chicken Tenderloins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg of Chicken Tenderloins
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 or 2 Lemons
  • Garlic or Chilli Flakes (if you want to add)
  • Coriander (if you want to add)

 

METHOD

1.Put your chicken tenderloins in a dish and give it a really good slurp of olive oil.

2.Squeeze some lemon juice over the chicken and oil.

** If you want to, add coriander, garlic or chilli flakes to the marinade!

3.Season with Salt and Pepper.

4.Marinate for 15-45 minutes.

5.Grill on a griddle or cook in a frying pan.

6.Serve with the Israeli couscous, a yummy salad or buy some baby carrots, heat in a frying pan or bake them with olive oil! If you do the baby carrots, leave about a thumbs worth of the green stem on.

7.Cook them to your liking (make sure you give them a pan shake every now and then!)
